WidgetEvent represents the event parameter used for a widget event.
By setting the $isValid property, one may control whether to continue running the widget.

Property Details
Whether to continue running the widget. Event handlers of yii\base\Widget::EVENT_BEFORE_RUN may set this property to decide whether to continue running the current widget.
The widget result. Event handlers may modify this property to change the widget result.

Attaches an event handler to a class-level event.
When a class-level event is triggered, event handlers attached to that class and all parent classes will be invoked.
For example, the following code attaches an event handler to ActiveRecord
's
afterInsert
event:

The handler will be invoked for EVERY successful ActiveRecord insertion.
Since 2.0.14 you can specify either class name or event name as a wildcard pattern:
